The images transition over a period af about a second and each photo is displayed for about 45 seconds. This time interval between frames can be adjusted from a few seconds up to several minutes.

The Guarantee is simple - if a PixureFrame component ever fails to function during the next year, it will be replaced with a working replacement component so you can continue to enjoy displaying the same artwork; however damage resulting from a fall or other accidental physical damage is not covered by this guarantee.
This is a fun, educational experience designed to not only give you a working photo display but learn how a typical laptop computer is assembled froma few basic component sets which can be simply rearranged and framed to provide a unique display that you created from an almost-obsolete laptop computer. Keep in mind that only a few display variables can be adjusted by the owner/builder, such as displayed picture Timing Intervals, Brightness, and Contrast.

Complete set of instructions, a working laptop (Mac 5300 or similoar, and complete software load on a hard drive. You disassemble the laptop, remove non-essential parts, and reconfigure into a working display in under a day, depending on frame-making skills.
